Interesting facts about me

I have a blended background, having come to UX design after studying fashion and economics at college and working for several major fashion labels. These experiences have provided me with a variety of valuable skills. I developed my talent for creativity and my eye for detail through my time in the fashion industry, while honing my analytical and critical thinking skills from my study of economics.

I have a curious mind and am always eager to learn new, exciting, and interesting concepts wherever I can find them. It’s this curiosity which brought me here to the UX industry.

I want to be a UX designer who can help reduce the divisions between users, developers, and stakeholders. My ideas for doing this are based on understanding the perspectives of these parties in a collaborative, constructive manner. Through this, I believe that I can help create a better future and more meaningful experiences for as many people as possible.

When I design products, I design for a reason. I focus on the clear reasons why a product should be designed in a particular way. Even though aesthetic beauty in design can help the product entice people to buy it, if they are having problems using the product, it can sour their experience with it and dissuade them from using it again. As a UX designer, I believe rational design can bring users satisfaction and leave them with good experiences of the products. Thus, while I always strive to infuse aesthetic beauty into products, I first and foremost center the rationality of the design.

I am really into Bubble tea🧋 and Pilates🧘 at the moment. I want to travel✈️✈️ and try all the bubble tea shops in the world in the future. Pilates not only helps me to be healthier physically💪, but also helps me to develop mental strength❤️ and I always make sure I’m doing it at least 3 times a week.
